Welcome to Grey Wolf Training Ltd; we are a small training organisation who produce much higher quality training materials than the mainstream training organisations and have course leaders who use their considerable experience in IT and business to teach you what you need to know and also what you want to know. Finally we consider your individual needs and adapt each and every course for you. We also offer bespoke customised on-site training, One-to-One personal IT coaching, Problem Solving and a small range of free tutorials Open Course Details Unless specified otherwise, courses are 6 hours long and run from 9.30am to 4.30pm with an hour for lunch and an optional 30 minute open question and answer time from 4.30 to 5pm. Course prices include 2 coffee breaks, a 2 course buffet lunch, course book and a memory stick. There is a maximum of 6 or 8 delegates on every course (see individual courses for detials). Trainers All trainers working for Grey Wolf Training Ltd have a wealth of experience in the use of IT and in IT training. They have a depth of knowledge that goes way beyond the scope of the course and are able to field any questions. Delegates have the opportunity to give detailed feedback on the content and delivery of the course and the trainer and are asked to be critical. This feedback is constantly used to ensure you are getting top quality training. Bookings Payment is required in advance by cheque made payable to Grey Wolf Training Ltd. Bookings are non-refundable except where a replacement delegate is found and the course is full i.e. 8 delegates.
